1.5 The Producer allows interested parties to register, purchase a ticket and participate in the Festival (hereinafter: the "Offered Services") subject to compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in these regulations (hereinafter: the "Regulations").

1.6 The Participants are those who purchase the Offered Services (hereinafter: the "Participant/s").

1.7 These Regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience only and are intended for women, men and/or plural alike.

1.8 These Regulations govern the legal relationship between the Producer and the Participants.

If the Participant does not agree to any of the provisions of the Regulations, they are requested to refrain from purchasing the Offered Services.

1.10 The Participant further declares that the Producer has drawn their attention to the fact that the Regulations may be reviewed on the landing page of the website, at https://festival-bateleur.com/, and that even if they did not read the Regulations, they voluntarily chose not to do so, and this shall not derogate from their agreement to be bound by the provisions of the Regulations.

1.11 The Participant waives any claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit relating to lack of knowledge of the Regulations (or any part thereof), and acknowledges that had they not agreed to be bound by the Regulations, the Producer would not have agreed to accept them as a Participant in the first place.

1.12 The Producer and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be responsible and shall not bear any liability for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage (including loss of income and/or loss of profit) caused to Participants who acted not in accordance with the Regulations.

1.13 The Producer may amend the Regulations at any time, from time to time, for any reason and at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the Participants. The latest published version of the Regulations shall be binding and shall apply to all Participants without exception.

1.14 In the event of any contradiction between the Regulations and any other information received (including publications in any media), the provisions of the Regulations shall prevail in all respects.

1.15 The Producer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse the purchase of the Offered Services by a Participant who has acted or there is reasonable concern that they will act in violation of these Regulations and/or in a manner that may harm the reputation of the Producer.

1.16 The Producer reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the Activity Period and/or cancel and/or postpone the Festival, at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, due to a low number of Participants and/or force majeure, war constraints and/or threats of war, military operation, security operation and/or lockdown and/or weather conditions and/or fires and/or flooding and/or pandemics and/or changes in flight schedules and/or any reason beyond the control of the Producer.
